With more than 30 years of servicing experience across Investor Reporting, Accounting, and Special Loans, Romalene is an industry-recognized expert in Investor Reporting. She has performed crisis management for mortgage servicers of all sizes and mastered the disciplined environment of GSE reporting and reconciliations. She navigates the complex loan structures and features in Private securities, including modification remediation, HELOC accounting, and daily simple interest loans. Armed with intimate knowledge of Investor Reporting and Special Loans, Romalene has developed the advanced business logic and algorithms to fully automate the life of loan auditing, providing payment and rate-change histories for the most difficult loan structures.

Dan has served as Managing Director at leading fiscal organizations, specializing in mortgage finance, mortgage operations, and mortgage servicing. He devised GMAC-RFC’s business strategy for distressed assets, building their special servicing and subprime servicing capability. Dan transformed the special servicing operation at Credit Suisse into a fully integrated primary and special servicing platform to handle all conduit originations (Alt-A, Sub Prime, Manufactured Housing, Second Liens, Distressed Loans). At Countrywide’s Correspondent Lending Division, Dan managed Products, Pricing, and Technology for the world’s largest and most efficient mortgage origination platform.

John Walsh is Chief Executive Officer of PMSI, the loan industry’s trusted partner for data-driven residential mortgage investor reporting and accounting. He brings more than three decades of executive leadership in mortgage servicing technology, real estate analytics, and information services. Before PMSI, he was CEO of LERETA. From 2008 to 2015 he was CEO of DataQuick, a nationwide provider of property information, analytics, and settlement services later acquired by CoreLogic. Earlier, he was president of Del Mar Database, now part of ICE Mortgage Technologies, and held leadership roles at RF/Spectrum Decision Science Corp. and PureCarbon, Inc. He began his career in senior management at mortgage companies and banks. Before becoming CEO, he served as an independent member of PMSI’s board. John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from California Lutheran College.

Morgan Klabenes is Senior Vice President of Sales at PMSI, the loan industry’s trusted partner for data-driven residential mortgage investor reporting and accounting. She brings more than a decade of mortgage technology and financial data experience. Most recently she was SVP of Strategic Solutions at LERETA, where she reshaped the company’s approach to business development. Earlier, HousingWire recognized her as a rising star during her time as a Solutions Engineer for Loan Servicing at CoreLogic. At S&P Global, she led client services for secondary trading and asset management. Morgan is known for deep industry relationships, disciplined planning, and a focus on what actually matters to clients. She holds an MBA from Texas Woman’s University and a BA in Creative Writing from Oklahoma State University.
